The purpose of this blog is for students to collaborate during the process of creating, recording, and writing an equation for the sound wave of a musical note. The note must come from a wind, string, or percussion instrument made by the student.
I do not know if you are supposed to have one that goes from soft to loud, or two graphs. If you do one graph and your instrument doesn't really have different volumes you can probably just start far away from the microphone and get close. But I do not know exactly what she is looking for.
ReplyDeleteYou do not have to have a separate graph and equation for the loudness. You just have to explain how different pitches and the loudness will effect the graph.
ReplyDeleteIt helps if you have two separate graphs for the explaination but it's not required.
