Geometer's sketch pad

On the back for question 11, is is asking for something that would visually represent a standing wave, or just an example of a standing wave.
And I do not know how to answer question 12 at all. Can anyone help?

    I am not 100% sure, but I believe Mrs. Shumway said that we only have to complete questions 1-10.
