Frequency?

How do I find frequency along with period from my sine Graph? Or could someone just help me with the equation? I'm so lost...

  1. You pretty much have to estimate the distance from the top of one wave to another to find the period.
    And the frequency is 1/b

  2. Yes. Choose a section of the graph and guess how long it is. Remember, b in the equation is 2pi/period. Don't just stick the number you get for the period into the equation! Don't be surprised if b is fairly high-it's supposed to be. Frequency is 1/period, which is not the same thing as b.
